What's the first step and will it cost me?
The initial service is completely free of charge and there is no obligation to proceed until a proposal has been agreed and deposit made.
How long will my project take?
Standard lead time from approval is 6-8 weeks, but there is flexibility to deliver a project to meet client timeframes.
Do you employ salesmen?
No. We are a small customer focused company and with over 35 years experience we deal with our customers on a one by one basis
Can you match existing furniture?
We will always try to manufacture our furniture to compliment existing. With our ability to colour match painted furniture and stain and lacquer solid wood and veneers we believe we can propose a solution that you would be happy with
How do I pay?
We will normally ask for a 50% deposit when we have agreed a proposed design and the furniture is ready to be put into production. A further 40% will be due on delivery of your furniture with a final 10% due on completion. Bank transfer is the preferred payment method
Can we trust your installers to take care of our property?
We will always take the utmost care of your property, we will cover floors as required and although there will be some cutting required on site, this can be done wherever you require. We use dust extraction on site tools and will always leave the working area clean and tidy after completing our days work
Can I have the furniture installed at the weekends?
We will do our best to fit around our customers requirements. This may mean being there early in the morning before you leave for work or working at the weekend. Our customers needs are always important to us
